1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing TuneInRadio.US (“Site”), you agree to these legally binding Terms. The Site provides access to approximately 50,000 radio streams from 220 countries, including station submission services, listener accounts, favorites management, and embedding capabilities.

2. Eligibility
You must be:

At least 13 years old (16 in EU/UK)

Not barred from receiving services under applicable laws

Responsible for all activities under your account

3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Access radio streams for personal, non-commercial listening

Create one personal account

Submit legitimate radio stations (broadcasters only)

Embed our player on personal websites (with attribution)

4. Prohibited Conduct
ALL Users May Not:

Submit fake, malicious, or unauthorized stations

Attempt to download, redistribute, or commercialize streams

Station Submitters Must:
Own or have legal broadcasting rights

Maintain all necessary licenses and permissions

Ensure streams contain no illegal or infringing content

Keep station information accurate and current

Not submit stations they don’t legally operate

Embedding Restrictions:
No modification of player code

No commercial use without written permission

No embedding on sites with illegal/adult content

Must include “Powered by TunToTVRadio.com” attribution

No framing or masking of source

5. Intellectual Property
User Content:
You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Display station information and streams

Use logos and branding for directory purposes

Feature user-generated content (reviews, ratings)

Our Property:
Site design, code, database, and compilation of stations are our intellectual property.

6. Station Content Disclaimer
We are a directory, NOT a broadcaster. We:

Do not create, control, or monitor station content

Cannot guarantee stream quality, availability, or legality

Are not responsible for station advertisements, programming, or interruptions

May contain explicit content – listener discretion advised

7. Geographic Considerations

8. Account Termination
